Qbilon Products

One platform, three ways to start.

Qbilon gives you a real CMDB — with integrated PRTG monitoring and bidirectional sync, so your monitored devices seed the CMDB from day one. Start with the asset base, add monitoring, or run it on-prem for your customers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01
Can I upgrade from CMDB to Suite later?

Yes, anytime. Your CMDB data is retained.

02
Are there feature limitations in the Suite compared to the CMDB?

No. The Suite includes the full CMDB feature set plus the full PRTG monitoring.

03
I use CheckMK / Zabbix / Nagios. Can I still use Qbilon?

Yes. Qbilon CMDB is monitoring-agnostic. Built-in connectors import from any API-accessible tool, and your bash scripts run as containerized workflow steps.

04
How does the bash script import work in practice?

Your script stays as it is. You define the trigger, input parameters, and which CMDB asset fields the output should update. Qbilon wraps it in a Docker container, runs it centrally, and logs every execution in the audit trail.

05
When should we look at Qbilon Platform?

When you deliver IT for customers as an MSP or integrator, need multi-tenancy and white-label, have a very large environment, or must run everything on your own infrastructure with a customized schema.

06
Is the Platform the same product as CMDB and Suite?

Same CMDB core — but without any asset limit, and with full flexibility in deployment, customization and multi-tenancy. Delivered together with a partner.

For PRTG users

Already running PRTG? A running head start for your CMDB.

Qbilon turns the devices you already monitor into a complete, audit-ready CMDB, with onboarding measured in days — monitoring and asset transparency in one platform.
